Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 28 July 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.cnobre-store.com, as well as purchases made through its online store.

The CNobre Store Portugal online store is operated by Vanessa Cristina de Oliveira Ferreira, a sole trader with Portuguese tax identification number 230790526, established at Rua de Nossa Senhora de Oliveira, n.º 346, 2205-679 Tramagal, Abrantes, Portugal.

For any questions, you can contact us at suporte@cnobre-store.com or by telephone and WhatsApp at +351 916 150 648 (call to a Portuguese mobile network).

1) Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all website visitors and to all commercial transactions carried out through the CNobre Store Portugal online store.

By browsing the website, creating an account or placing an order, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the other policies made available on the website.

If you do not agree with any of these conditions, you should refrain from using the website or making purchases through the online store.

2) Products and Commercial Information

CNobre Store Portugal seeks to ensure that product descriptions, characteristics, images, prices, availability and other information shown on the website are accurate and up to date.

Despite these efforts, occasional errors or non-material differences may occur, particularly in visual presentation, colour, packaging, labelling or information supplied by the manufacturer.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and do not replace consultation of the description, capacity, brand, variant and other information shown on the product page.

Manufacturers may change packaging, presentation or visual elements without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially alter the nature of the product purchased.

3) Registration and Customer Account

Purchases may be made with or without creating an account, according to the features available on the website at the time of purchase.

If the user chooses to create an account, they undertake to provide true, complete and up-to-date information and are responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential.

The customer must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of their account or any suspicion that their access credentials have been compromised.

4) Orders

Users may place orders through the purchasing process provided in the online store, adding the desired products to the cart and following the indicated steps through to final confirmation.

Before completing the purchase, the customer must check the selected products, quantities, prices, discounts, shipping costs, payment method and billing and delivery information.

By confirming the order, the customer declares that the information supplied is correct, complete and up to date, particularly billing, delivery and contact details.

Automatic confirmation that the order has been received does not prevent subsequent verification of payment, product availability and the accuracy of the information supplied.

If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and any amounts already paid will be refunded using a legally permitted method.

5) Stock Availability

All orders are subject to product availability.

Despite the stock-update mechanisms used by CNobre Store Portugal, a product may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed, including because of simultaneous purchases, inventory errors, damage identified during preparation or supply failures.

In the event of total or partial unavailability, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and, where applicable and with the customer's agreement, an alternative solution, a new dispatch date or the corresponding refund may be proposed.

6) Prices and Promotions

All prices shown on the website are stated in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable statutory rate, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and shown before final order confirmation.

Campaigns, promotional codes, discounts and offers are subject to the stated conditions and validity period and may depend on available stock, order value, selected products or other duly communicated commercial conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined.

CNobre Store Portugal reserves the right to change prices, shipping charges, promotional campaigns and commercial conditions at any time, without prejudice to orders already confirmed or consumer rights recognised by law.

If an obvious pricing or commercial-information error is identified, the customer will be contacted to confirm the correct conditions and may choose to keep or cancel the order. If payment has already been made and the customer does not accept the corrected conditions, the amount paid will be refunded.

7) Payment

Payment may be made using the methods available at checkout at the time of purchase.

Available payment methods may vary according to country, order value, selected market or other operational conditions.

CNobre Store Portugal reserves the right to process and dispatch orders only after valid payment confirmation or authorisation, depending on the selected method.

If the order is not successfully paid or validated within the deadline indicated for the chosen method, it may be automatically cancelled.

Customers should carefully verify the payment details and instructions shown at checkout or sent through CNobre Store Portugal's official channels.

8) Invoicing

The invoice will be issued using the information provided by the customer when placing the order.

The customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the name, address and tax identification number before completing the purchase.

Requests to change tax information after an invoice has been issued may only be accommodated where legally permitted.

9) Dispatch and Delivery

Orders are dispatched through CTT Expresso or another carrier considered suitable by CNobre Store Portugal.

Dispatch and delivery periods shown on the website, at checkout or in communications sent to the customer are estimates and may vary according to destination, carrier, logistics volume, promotional periods, public holidays, weather conditions, customs procedures, operational constraints or other external circumstances.

The customer must ensure that the address provided is correct, complete and suitable for receiving the order, including door number, floor, unit or any other necessary details.

CNobre Store Portugal cannot be held responsible for delays, returns or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, absence of the recipient or failure to meet collection deadlines set by the carrier.

Where tracking is available, the customer should regularly monitor the delivery status and notify us of any issue as soon as possible.

10) Right of Withdrawal

For distance contracts, consumers have a right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days, without having to provide a reason, starting on the day on which the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, the consumer must communicate the decision through an unequivocal statement sent to suporte@cnobre-store.com, identifying their name, order number and the items they wish to return.

After communicating the decision and receiving the relevant instructions, the items should be sent to:

CNobre Store Portugal
Rua de Nossa Senhora de Oliveira, n.º 346
2205-679 Tramagal
Abrantes
Portugal

Items must be returned without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period, properly protected and accompanied by the accessories, offers and other elements received with the order.

The consumer may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Unless the return results from an error by CNobre Store Portugal, duly proven transport damage or lack of conformity, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.

Refunds will be made in accordance with applicable statutory terms and deadlines and may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or evidence of their return has been provided, whichever occurs first.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the exclusions provided by applicable law. Detailed conditions are set out in our Exchanges, Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

11) Statutory Guarantee of Conformity

New goods sold by CNobre Store Portugal to consumers benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity provided by Portuguese law, including a statutory liability period of three years from delivery of the goods.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer may exercise the rights provided by law, including bringing the goods into conformity through repair or replacement and, where the legal requirements are met, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract.

To report a possible lack of conformity, contact suporte@cnobre-store.com, stating the order number, a clear description of the issue and, wherever possible, photographs or videos that allow the matter to be assessed.

The statutory guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accident, improper storage, unauthorised intervention, normal wear and tear or failure to comply with use and care instructions.

12) Liability

CNobre Store Portugal will not be liable for non-performance or delays caused by force majeure, transport disruption, system failures, communication outages, strikes, labour disputes, natural events, acts of public authorities or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

CNobre Store Portugal does not guarantee that the website will operate continuously or without interruption and may carry out maintenance, updates or corrections whenever necessary.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
