Shipping Policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026

This Shipping Policy governs the processing, dispatch, tracking and delivery of orders placed through the CNobre Store Portugal online store.

CNobre Store Portugal is operated by Vanessa Cristina de Oliveira Ferreira, a sole trader, Portuguese tax identification number 230790526.

1) Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed or validated, where applicable, and are subject to product availability.

For Multibanco reference payments or another payment method with a payment deadline, the order may remain reserved for 24 hours. If payment has not been confirmed by the end of that period, the order may be automatically cancelled and the stock released.

Orders are processed and prepared on business days. Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional campaigns or periods of high volume begin to be handled on the next business day and may require additional preparation time.

Preparation time is separate from transit time. The estimated delivery period generally starts after the order has been dispatched and handed over to the carrier.

2) Shipping Destinations

We ship to:

  • Mainland Portugal;
  • Azores and Madeira;
  • Spain;
  • France;
  • Other European Union countries available at checkout.

The destinations, delivery methods and corresponding prices available for each order are shown at checkout.

Shipments are made through CTT Expresso or another carrier considered appropriate, depending on the destination, weight, volume, selected delivery method and logistical requirements.

3) Estimated Delivery Times

The periods below are estimates in business days after dispatch and do not include order preparation time:

  • Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 business days
  • Azores and Madeira: 8 to 30 business days
  • Spain: 1 to 4 business days
  • France: 3 to 10 business days
  • Other European Union countries: 5 to 15 business days

Shipments to the Azores and Madeira may travel by sea and are subject to transport schedules, inter-island connections, processing at local distribution centres and carriers' operational conditions.

Delivery times are estimates and may change due to promotional periods, public holidays, seasonal peaks, weather conditions, strikes, customs procedures, transport limitations or other external circumstances.

Unless a different date or period has been agreed, the order will be fulfilled within the maximum period required by applicable law.

4) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination, weight, volume, order value and available delivery method.

The final shipping charge will be shown to the customer before the purchase is confirmed.

Free-shipping campaigns are subject to the advertised conditions, including minimum purchase value, destination, validity period and eligible products.

5) Order Tracking

After dispatch, the customer will receive, where available, a communication containing the order tracking code or link.

Tracking should be carried out through the carrier's website. Updates may not appear immediately after the label is created, and it may be necessary to wait for the first physical scan by the carrier.

The customer should monitor the shipment status and notify us as soon as possible of any issue, prolonged absence of updates or incorrect tracking status.

6) Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete delivery address suitable for receiving the order.

Where applicable, the address should include the recipient's full name, street, door number, floor, unit, postal code, locality, country and a valid telephone number.

Errors such as an incorrect postal code, missing door number, incomplete locality, an unidentified name at the address or other insufficient details may result in delays, return to sender or failed delivery.

If the customer identifies an error, they should contact us immediately. Once preparation or dispatch has begun, it may no longer be possible to change the address or redirect the order.

7) Delivery Attempts and Collection

The customer should ensure that someone is available to receive the order or select a delivery method suited to their availability.

Where the carrier redirects an order to a collection point, shop or post office, the customer must collect it within the period specified by the carrier.

Failure to collect within that period may result in the order being automatically returned to CNobre Store Portugal.

8) Orders Returned to Sender

Where an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, absence of the recipient, failure to collect, unjustified refusal or another reason attributable to the customer, the customer will be contacted after the order has been received back and checked.

The customer may request a new dispatch, subject to payment of the new shipping charge and any additional costs charged by the carrier.

If the customer does not want a new dispatch, any refund will be processed after the order has been returned and checked, in accordance with applicable law and deducting only costs that may legally be charged to the customer.

The order will not automatically be considered abandoned because of a lack of response. It will remain pending while reasonable efforts are made to contact the customer and resolve the situation.

9) Delivery to Third Parties

Where the customer provides an address with shared access, such as a company, reception desk, concierge, condominium, accommodation or commercial establishment, delivery may be made to a third party who presents themselves as authorised to receive it, in accordance with the carrier's procedures.

The customer should ensure that the chosen address has suitable arrangements for receiving and safely holding the order.

10) Damaged Orders

If the packaging shows visible damage at the time of delivery, we recommend taking photographs before opening the parcel and, where possible, reporting the issue to the carrier.

After opening the parcel, the customer should check the products and contact us as soon as possible if there is breakage, leakage, damage, a missing item or an incorrect product.

To assess the incident, we may request photographs or videos of the outer box, shipping label, internal protection, product packaging and contents.

These recommendations are intended to facilitate assessment and any claim with the carrier and do not prejudice the consumer's statutory rights.

11) Delays and Transport Incidents

In the event of a significant delay, prolonged absence of tracking updates, failed delivery attempt, return to sender, damage or possible loss, CNobre Store Portugal will request clarification or open an investigation with the carrier.

The response time for an investigation depends on the carrier, destination and nature of the incident. During this period, we will keep the customer informed whenever relevant updates are available.

If the order is confirmed as lost, undelivered or irreparably damaged, an appropriate solution will be offered to the customer, including replacement or refund, depending on availability and applicable statutory rights.

12) Responsibility During Transport

Where the carrier is offered or selected by CNobre Store Portugal, the risk of loss of or damage to the order transfers to the consumer only when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

This rule does not apply in the same way where the consumer independently contracts a carrier other than those proposed by CNobre Store Portugal.

13) Failure to Meet the Delivery Deadline

Unless otherwise agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.

If the order is not delivered within the agreed or legally applicable period, the consumer may request delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances.

If delivery is still not made within that additional period, the consumer may exercise the rights provided by applicable law, including termination of the contract and refund of the amounts due.
